Fox's warped and esthetic senses are heightened to the extreme. Abandoned by his parents as a child and raised in the slums, he grew into a well-known scoundrel. He earned the name Fox from his wariness and cruelty in beating up even the very weakest. He works for the Organization in the same unit as Bakuryu. He has engaged in abominable activities, such as kidnapping and murder. He despises his transformed self for its ugliness and regards others of his kind as nothing more than hideous creatures and fodder for the Organization's experiments.
