Sony Computer Entertainment America demonstrated Genji 2 today at their press conference before a crowd of journalists. Set three years after the previous Genji title, Genji 2 expands on the historical accounts of feudal Japan with traditional action/adventure game elements and twice the amount of play. Continuing the story of Yoshitsune and Benkei, Genji 2 will focus its action around the battle between the Genji clan and the Heishi clan. Players will have the opportunity to switch between four unique playable characters, each of which has their own fighting style. By quickly switching between fighters, you can unleash team based combos. Players will also lead Yoshitsune and his soldiers against hundreds of warriors.
