Far Above

This game is sensational, and by far, one of the best Final Fantasy games. The real time battles are an amazing addition to this game. The graphics are just beautiful. The voice acting is top notch, though the characters lack depth. It has a different feeling from the other FF games, but I love it. One of the most challenging games that I have played. Tremendous strategy goes into boss battles, since the slightest mistake will undoubtedly get you killed. This is one of the longest games on the PS2. It took me 168 hours to fully complete and explore every area. It's quite a rewarding game. You really can never get tired of it. It's a pity that they're going back to the old battle system in FF13.
This game ranks with Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid and God of War. This is just one of those games that sticks with you. You become nostalgic each and every time you think of the gameplay + music + battles + feeling of this game. I miss it so much.
