Great Game!

by Jmj077 Dec 27 2008 05:05 AM

It's a great racing game for everyone, it's good Gran Turismo added the Ferrari's in the game. I can't wait until the actual GT5. It would be a good demo, correct? I wish they would add more features, they left out some things from GT4 like the Tuning Shop and the License Center. Overall, a good game though.

¡¿PROLOGUE?!

by GoDawgsSicEm22 Dec 20 2008 10:26 PM

This game is awsome for just a DEMO/PRLOGUE. There is tons of cool features and i'm sure more will come with the release of the final game.

A flawless glimpse of things to come.

by BlueDragon992 Dec 19 2008 03:20 AM

I have been a Gran Turismo fan since 1998. So when I first got my PS3, I was baffled at how there wasn't a single GT game released closer to the system's launch. Though we did have "Gran Turismo HD Concept," that game just, wasn't enough. (Because with only 10 cars, and 1 track, it got old pretty fast)

While we have yet to see the release of the FULL version of GT5, Polyhony has given us a remarkable taste of things to come with "Gran turismo 5 Proluge." But, while this is just a TASTE, it is a very BIG taste..

For starters, compared to just 10 cars like we had in GTHD, GT5 Proluge now has over 60 cars! (that's more than the latest Need for Speed title!) Also, while GTHD had of course, only 1 track, GT5 proluge has 6 tracks! (9 if you count the alternate routes of Daytona, Fuji, and Suzuka!)

As expected, the graphics in this game are fantastic! You can see every little detail on the cars and scenery complete with the drivers and a new Dash-Board view. But trust me, if you REALLY want to see just how detailed these graphics are, you HAVE to play it on an HD display. (an SD display just won't do it justice)

The soundtrack is very well done. With genres ranging from pounding rock tunes during races, and smooth jazz on the menu screens.

While this may be just a DEMO of what GT5 will be, it has just enough content, that it feels like a FULL GAME that will keep you entertained for hours!

If you are a GT fanatic, or if you just like racing games, I highly recoomend this title
