A masterpiece of DemoWare

I've been a fan of Plastic's digital media projects for a while now, and am very glad to see them rise from the underground and into the light on such an amazing and powerful machine; the Playstation 3. This is just where they belong.

"Linger in Shadows" is just one of many DemoWare pieces produced by a group of Polish artist know as Pastic. Plastic has been on the DemoScene since 2005.

DemoWare is designed to demonstrate new graphics technology, and nobody does this better that Plastic - first demoscene corporation.

"Linger in Shadows" immerses the user in a lush digital work of art and allows the user to become part of the piece through interaction. The story, though non-linear, is highly compelling, forcing the player to explore "Linger's" environment and to use the tools at their disposal to decipher its mysterious and somewhat dangerous world.

"Linger in Shadows" asks the ago old question, "Who are we, and what are we here for?"

It wasn't for me. I would like to have my money back but it was so cheap that I won't miss it all that much

2. it will scare little children and scar ther minds forever
3. pointless video
4. o ya braging rights we got platinum for watchin a video!
5 if u hav kids u will b sleeping in a cramped bed
6. it will hav kids asking questions lik were do babys come from?

Best kind of art ever

this is not a game so no one should say that is sucks as a game. this is 7 minutes long and at a price of $2.99 it shouldn't be missed by any art fans

Good for Santa Monica Studio to take a chance

Neat little experience, but if you're allergic to art skip it. Great music, interesting visuals, something totally unusual.

I bought this on release and will be buying the new upcoming demoscene production from theprodukkt. Only on Playstation, indeed.

Gotta love the music!

Music saved the game for me, even though its not really a "game".
Dramatic and powerful.
Now got the soundtrack on my ipod.
3rd and 5th segments are the best (excluding the intro track).

At $3 it is a steal, it is interesting and wildly different. It is a good demoscene. Not alot can be said about it. I recommend it for people who like strange things.

lame city!

this was such a waste of my life, stupidest poo ive ever experienced in the video game world, like is is supposed to be fun at all, or just frustrating and pointless, its not even art cause it looks like crap. i was very very disappointing, why even invent something this useless.
10 bags of crap that i hate out of 10

This interactive art is very creative indeed I loved it from start to finish it even has a story to it this is just a sample of what can be done with the style of this presentation and it is very good.
