A truly addicting masterpiece, LittleBigPlanet is one of the best PS3 games sony has to offer. It even makes 360 owners jealous. This game is amazing, in short. There are over ten thousand people who play online everyday and its just fast paced fun. Controls are intuitive and simple, simply press X to jump and R1 to grab. Thats it, for all I care. What to do with the other buttons you may ask? You can animate yourself by changing face expressions, moving your head and hips, and moving your arms. Its alot of fun and very, very addicting. I haven't even touched the surface of this game. The graphics are beautiful in every way imaginable, and level creation is simple. Speaking of imagination, LittleBigPlanet has A LOT of it. You'll need it to survive this game. But as great as this game is, it still has its downsides. Cheap deaths, broken camera, fall apart level creation, h4hters, and the story mode kinda take away from the lasting appeal. Cheap deaths is the first of the plague. The slightest touch of electricity or spikes can kill you, and theres a lot of those. Your foot can barely touch these and you'll die easily, restarting from the last checkpoint. The broken camera is another one. When you have two or more players in a level, it can truly be hectic and confusing. If one player is off the screen, they die within five seconds of leaving the screen. So if you have one on an elevator and one on the ground floor, who will the camera follow? Nobody knows, it constantly breaks away. Next is the level creation. A lot is overwhelming, but that kind invisible British guy in the sky is there to help you. Its simple, but putting to use all the things you want your level to look like can be rather difficult. And if your thinking too much, then your level is bound to get destroyed. And there is this thing called hearts. They give you pride, bragging rights, trophies etc. But often your level will get something called heart 4 heart, or h4h. That means if a community player hearts your level, they'll ask for a heart too. Its pure evil. And lastly, the story mode. While the game play is genius, the design and artwork are beautiful, you'll be saying to yourself "what am I doing here" while your playing the story. There really is no story. You'll jump and grab through the levels which don't explain much to why you gotta defeat the collector. He's not sharing. Thats there only reason. But I gotta say, this game is a masterpiece. Don't let my criticism delay yo
