I keep gettin kicked off every time i try to play a pick up game in the my player mode ande the game tells me to see my online faq and its ******* me off any advise out there

im trying to figure out why when i play an online game it does not give me the win the game is saying i have not played any games when i have won like 5 games now is any body else having this problem

PATCH!! When is this coming out? Game is GREAT but without the patch I think I might get NBA live 2010.
