Quick game for an intermission.

While this isn't the greatest game in the world, my only reason for playing it is to help keep the flow of trophies adding to my gamer profile on PSN while I finish the online portion of Resistance 2. The game is basically a button masher with no thinking involved. Which I don't don't mind...since I gain more trophies. I bought it on special for $4.99 from PSN. However if it was priced at the normal $9.99...I probably wouldn't have even looked at it. My advice is if you want quick easy trophies get this game. If not then don't waste your time on it.

Weak presentation but innovative nonetheless

I was sorely disappointed in this game because I thought it would be another clone of Super Stardust HD (which is a good thing). Instead, it's a different take on an old genre with a lot of fresh ideas and a few cool weapons.

The problem is that the game is slow and boring. None of the weapons feel compelling to use, your ship moves like the open sky is as dense as molasses, and the hit detection is sloppy.

Video output in HD requires cables and an HD-compatible display, both sold separately. Copy-protected Blu-ray video discs can only output at 1080p using an HDMI cable connected to a device that is compatible with the HDCP standard. HDMI cable not included. If a device that is not compatible with the HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) standard is connected to the system using an HDMI cable, video and/or audio cannot be output from the system.
