Pixeljunk 1-4 & how it ended up...

by rrfan Jun 4, 2009, 8:23 PM PDT

The game had great graphics & gameplay but the name "Shooter" did not fit well. Although it had a worldwide naming contest via their website, it did not work well (maybe due to lack of worldwide support.) I had an entry on the contest (Entry: Counterflow) but why in the world would they name a great game as something as suckish as 'Shooter'?

I really enjoy the Pixeljunk series, but the name "Shooter", just does not work .
My opinion, it does not seem to fit the game.
Still looking forward to playing this game.
