Great fun and hard challenges make this quite rewarding

by bamboodia Jul 1, 2009, 6:46 AM PDT

For lot of people its hard to get into the ragdoll kungfu because it is so hektic with the physics (which are spot on) and it is quite difficult to do well with the challenges. However, after much practice and a healthy handful of multiplayer action you'll be loving this game in no time. Its got great humour, brilliant music and awesome action for some plastic dolls, its definately a "must have a go game"

Also this game sets the benchmark for video game choreography, if you dont quite understand what i mean then please take some time to view the Dance video we made for Smooth criminal, im sure you will enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5jNQq6ZFQQ

I have been playing this game regularly ever since it came out at must say it was worth it.

took a while, but finally found the fun!

by plaztiksyke Jun 25, 2009, 2:55 PM PDT

It took me a while to figure out why this game was so much fun. The key is to play through the challenges, which gently introduce you to advanced concepts that are the core of fun gameplay. In the process, you can also get a fair number of trophies fairly quickly that are not only challenging but fun as well.

Also, I recommend playing as a team against computers if you only have two local players -- it's way more fun than a free-for-all or having a computer-driven team-mate. It's even better when you have four local people playing at once. The "posing" move and other humor is absolutely hilarious!

Good music, great graphics and art direction, just needs an hour or two to really get into the groove of it.

Recommended.

A Great Fighter

by NINEblademanNINE Jun 18, 2009, 2:41 AM PDT

The game is great for multiple players and single players looking for a challenge. The game uses the Sixaxis feature of the PS3 controller to perform certain techniques. I usually play my friends in a match of Capture the Fish, kind of like basketball except with an actual backet and a smelly fish. Playing up to four players can get really confusing if they are wearing similar colors. The players can also customize their own character from unlockable pieces. As for single player, there are challenges to perform until the time limit expires and achieve the highest score possible. This is how most pieces for customization are unlocked. You can also compete to beat your friend's high scores or online high scores.
