For sure this is the best skateboarding game so far. Two things they took out that i am hoping they will have in skate 2 is the create your own levels, and a free skate in multiplayer. Overall a great sport game. For all who want to know skate 2 comes out for ps3 january 21 2009.

i skate for real. and i played those tony hawk games and i thought wat the heck so unreal. then i played skate and its a wonderful game. because you use the analog sticks for each foot. and this game will sky rocket when they come out PS3 Big Vert Skateboard.

Ok I know we've all played Tony Hawk but this is WAY better! The flick controls make it feel more real and it's actually challenging. It takes some getting used to at first but I like it a lot more than any other past skating games.
