Description

Not a very fun game ...

Soldner-X looks and sounds really good, but isn't very fun. The weapons system is lame and limiting. I want to blow stuff up, but I can't with the two lousy main weapons the game gives me. I kept waiting for a new weapon to appear that I could use to really blow stuff up, but sadly, nothing came. I'll go back to playing the old-school shooters for the old-school consoles and have way more fun.

this game isn't bad, especially the graphics, controls....eh....and waiting too long for more weapons...but the fact that there's no SAVE feature is TOTALLY unforgivable. if it progressed, maybe..but it doesn't and i don't have hours to keep starting from the beginning over and over. too bad cause it had potential

It's pretty obvious no one here has ever played ikaruga...

I went to the last stage the second time I opened up the game, and I rarely play these kinds of games. It's not as hard as everyone says. It's lacking in some points, certainly not the best arcade shooter out there, but it still has a lot of charm.
Don't get me wrong, it is challenging but far from being impossible.

Getting every trophies.... now that's another story XD. Play it on beginner and you should all be fine. If you like arcade shooters like Gradius or R-Type, Soldner will most likely be a good choice in your list.
