Awsome

The thing I like about this game is that you don't have to level up order to see curtain monsters. The whole alice in wonderland setting made it fun to explore and find new bizzare locations, and the plants in the shivering isles opend a world of opportunity for any hard-core alchemist. I havn't stopd playing elder scrolls 4 since its release date, and this expansion delivers more adventure then ever. It's an extreme change in setting, which may leave elder scroll's fans disapointed, but this wasn't the case for me. I loved every giant mushroom to green-scaled grumites. Oh, and the gatekeeper was one of those lovable, "holy ****!" moments, and getting to make your own was awsome. The gameplay was a little short, but the extra quests scatterd all over the shivering isles gave extra hours into this new world. Exploration was rewarded by the amazing items and equipment you will receive if you look hard enough, and the fact that there was a good and evil (dementia and mania) split to the world gave more options to the kind of charactar you want, good or evil. I could go on about the creativity, adventure, and exploration of this expansion but to make long story short, this is an awsome add-on and is a must play to any comitted elder scrolls fan.

I was addicted to Oblivion so when I saw Shivering Isles I had to get it. It was a lot of fun, the same theme, but with different characters. It was over way too fast though, I did the whole thing in two days and Oblivion took me months.
