Fun while it lasts.

This is a quite addictive game, which is a nice spin on the Tetris variety of puzzler. You must dispose of unwanted items which range from lightbulbs to skyscrapers, smashing and burning what you can as you go along. The concept is simple - dispose of every item sent along the overhead conveyer belt into your nice blue trash can. But of course, as the trash can fills up, space becomes a premium and you have to quickly decide how to make more of it in order to avoid the bin overflowing and spilling items onto the floor.
If you drop three items over the side, it's game over, and considering some of the objects are quite bouncy, this can be tricky. Nice little touches are included, such as a lighted match and toilet rolls to get a roaring fire going which will burn flammable objects. Plus, there are certain items which you must not break (or burn) in order for little troll-like creatures to collect, or you will face an onslaught of garbage invading the can, making your task so much harder.
Graphics are not bad at all, with pretty good game physics. Each stage presents you with a larger can, to be filled with larger items, starting from lightbulbs, erasers and such, to buildings and ships, and ultimately to much bigger items. But sadly, as the game only has six levels, (including the hidden one), you may feel disappointed at the brevity. There is a mission section which you have to complete a certain task on each stage, but there are only a few of these too. There is also a two player mode, but with limited variety even this may wear thin after a short time. Incidentally, the reviewer who stated that you have to start from the beginning after completing levels is incorrect. Each level you complete allows you access to it from the main menu. Another reviewer has said there is no tutorial, but there is, and it is likewise accessible via the main menu. It is only a picture and text guide, but it is a tutorial nonetheless.
I'm giving it three-and-a-half stars for the enjoyment it gave for a small price, and it is very good fun while it lasts. Over here in the UK, it only costs £3.99 (and a paltry $4.99 in the US) and I am quietly confident that new levels will be introduced at some point.
