Flying under fire is very exciting

Warhawk is a 32 player online battle that contains modes of death match, team death match, capture the flag, zones, hero and collection. The last three are creative games but fun nevertheless. This is the type of game that is simple to play but hard to master. It has all the action of a regular 32 player slugfest, but in terms of gunplay, its very easy to understand. Unlike games like socom, this game has 8 different weapons (not hundreds to try and memorize) and you can hold every single one of them. You start off with a one hit kill knife and a lowly pistol. In close combat both those weapons are very lethal. But you also have automatic rifles (aka machine guns), flame throwers, rocket launchers, sniper rifles, grenades, prox/healing mines, and air strikes. Each weapon is balanced and theres really no need to think one is better than the other. The flame thrower can finish an opponent off easily, but has very limited range. The automatic rifle is rather weak but has longer range, the rocket launcher is deadly and can cause splash damage but is hard to determine where an enemy can be due to the fact that it has no lock on. The sniper rifle is fun but is hard to hit a moving target and hardly anyone stays still in this game. In deathmatch, its a kill or be killed type of mode where you have no allies. Team is deathmatch only with people working together. CTF is a team based game in which the one with the most flag caps wins. Hero is won by a hero (picked randomly) kills other people or the hero of the other team. Zones is when you capture and hold outposts to score points. And collection is when you pick up "cores" and bring them back to team base without getting killed to score points. Flying a warhawk is an extremly enoyable expirience and you feel good after killing another player inside a warhawk. But, I do have several gripes about this game. For instance, the network isn't completly stable. Knifes and grenades seem to phase right through the enemy, very poor balancing system, and my personal favorite is when players are able to jump an insane number of times. The rank system is really bad, and the dlc is rediculously priced. But my gripes are not enough to make me hate this game.
