In Killzone®: Liberation, two months after the events of Killzone®, most of southern Vekta is still under Helghast control. The rules of war have been cast aside with the Helghast General, Metrac, employing brutal measures in order to seize the initiative and strengthen his position further. i didn't like it

by freightking Jan 26, 2010, 2:35 PM PST

i belive this game is a huge disapointment now before i go into the negatives i will praise it first for an overhead shooter it really isn't that bad and it can be challenging which is always good and i didn't find any glitches on the copy i had i also think this game would have been perfect for the nintendo DS.With that said i don't belive this game utilizes the psp very well at all the controls are extremly basic, the graphics suck for a psp game and it would have been much better as a first person shooter i truly believe the game makers half assed this game to compete with the DS instead of just trying to make a great game for the psp. if your interested i would recomend renting it first or at least buying it used

TalenTaylor Review: Killzon Liberation

by TalanTaylor Nov 19, 2009, 7:54 AM PST

This was the first game i actually bought from the playstation store, and i have to say, im not impressed, the gameplay is controled through an arial view, and the aiming system isnt all that great. theres no major storyline to the game, and its pretty much a entire game of people telling you what to do.

Perfect game for the system. 8 Player multiplayer...

by Mondo_Shredder Oct 18, 2009, 10:28 AM PDT

Great game. 'Nuff said. Online multiplayer, 20 missions (new chapter added from download, increasing it to 20 from 16,) great singleplayer, very challenging, engaging gameplay and story. Screenshots and vids do not do it justice, it's not as simple as it looks. Very solid controls, very responsive, and great overall engine/lock-on/shooting system. And to answer JDDOGHOG09, yes there are many players "still" online, and you will easily find friends to request, messages in your inbox, and chatting via built-in mic or through a headset. Excellent man, excellent.
