Mission 8: Rhoemer’s Base
Plant C4 charger at 5 fuel tanks
Take out the two guards on your left. Get the Gas Grenades in the Guardhouse. Use your sniper rifle to take out the guy on the catwalk. Snipe the search lights, they will be throughout the level. If you don’t, a light shines on you and the guards will be alerted. Slowly make your way to the next area. Plant your C4 at the 1st gas tank.
Disable power to motion sensors
Make your way to the left and then to the right and follow the road to the left. Continue to the power plant. Enter the power station and disable the motion sensors.
The 2nd tank is outside of the fence and to the right. Make your way back toward the first tank, up and over the catwalk. Kill all of the guards in the next two areas and locate the 3rd tank on your left. Go to the next area. The 4th tank is on the right, just outside the garage area. Head across your current area and make your way down the street. The 5th and final tank is on the left.
Eliminate Gabrek
Make your way around the corner and look for and eliminate Gabrek. A good tactic here is to use R1 to target Gabrek, then toss a gas grenade at him. This will eliminate Gabrek and his two guards allowing you to proceed through the level undetected. Take the card key from Gabrek and run to the gate switch. Head for the bunker. If you have alerted the level, run out the gate, turn left; go down the street, then turn right and use your card key. Go in through the gate and run. Try to avoid the barrage of bullets from the guards by rolling as much as possible. Find the bunker and enter. Run and roll your way to the end.
