Mission 12: Rhoemer’s Stronghold
The beginning
Head to the right of the roof and drop down the to the long ramp. Make sure to shoot the armed monks behind the stained glass windows. Follow the ramp all the way down. Shoot out the stained glass window on the left and climb through it to get inside the building. Grab the sniper rifle out of the chest and head down the hallway. Walk halfway down the hallway to find the First Scientist. The scientist will be wearing a flak jacket, so make sure to aim for his head.
Go down the hallway and take the first right into a small room. Here you will find the First and Second Test Subject. Administer the antigen to them and back out into the hallway.
Continue to go down the hallway and pass the large door for now. You will not be able to open the large door until you have the card key. At the end of the hall you can go left or right. The left will lead you to a dark room with an armed monk in it. After you take out the monk you can grab a flak jacket in there. Continue down the hallway and make you first right. You will find the Second Scientist here. This hallway will lead you to two separate labs. One lab will contain the Third Test Subject. Heal the Test Subject with the Antigen. The other lab will contain the Third, Fourth, and Fifth Scientist. One of the scientists will be carrying the first Card Key. You will reach your first CHECKPOINT after you kill the three scientists in this room.
After the first checkpoint
Go back to the beginning of the hallway and head to the right to reach the next lab. Heal the Fourth Test Subject here and head back to the large door that was locked earlier.
Use the cardkey on the lock opposite of the large door. Go to the door and push the triangle button to open the door. Climb up the top of the crates and get ready for an enemy to start shooting at you from far away. Climb out the window to the balcony and head to the left. Kill the monk standing by the window on your right and climb through the window to a small room. Here you will find the Sixth Scientist.
Exit the room and head back to the balcony. Go forward and through the next window on the left. Go down the hallway and take a right into the next lab. Here you will find the Seventh Scientist. Heal the Third Test Subject and get ready to be ambushed by two monks hiding behind a table. Take out the monks and continue down the hallway.
There will be two monks and the Eighth Scientist at t he end of the hallway. Shoot the chandelier directly above them and it will crash down on top of them. You will reach your SECOND CHECKPOINT when you have collected the Second Key Card from the Eighth scientist.
After the second checkpoint
Use the Second Key Card on the large door in front of you. Enter the library and take out all the monks. Shooting down the chandeliers may take out some of them. When the room is clear, climb up the box on the far right side to reach the second floor. Follow the path to the other side of the second floor. Climb up the box and on to the bookcase. Shoot out the stained glass window and climb through it.
Cross the narrow bridge into the other building. Watch out for the monk on the right. Carefully drop down to the box below and get ready for more insane armed monks. Walk into the next room and give the antigen to the Fourth Test Subject.
After the third checkpoint
Continue down the hallway and collect the flak jacket on the left. At the end of the hallway you will come across the Ninth Scientist. This scientist will be heavily armed, so make sure to do away with him quickly. You will come to the THIRD CHECKPOINT after you collect the Third Card Key from the ninth scientist.
After the fourth checkpoint
Shoot down the chandelier at the end of the hallway and climb up the stacked boxes blocking the hallway. Continue to go down the hallway as it winds around. Shoot down all the chandeliers in order to kill any monks that waiting to ambush you. The last scientist will be at the end of the hall. You will come to the FOURTH CHECKPOINT after you collect the Fourth Card Key from the last scientist.
After the fifth checkpoint
By now you should have completed you’re your first two objectives (Eliminating Scientists and Collecting Card Keys)
Go up the ramp to a large storage room and make your way to the right. Go down the ramp on the other side and unlock the door with the fourth card key.
Shoot out the stained glass window and climb through it. You will now be standing outside again. Hop down to the ledge below you. Climb up to the center ramp and cross over to the building on the other side of you. In the other room there is an elevator. Stand on the elevator and push triangle to go down
