Spyro 2 : Ripto's Rage

General Saving Info

Up to 3 separate Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage save files can be made to a single memory card. These 3 saves collectively occupy one memory card block. Additional saves must be made on separate memory cards.

When you revisit levels, it might seem like you never collected any Orbs or Talismans. This is because the tasks that you perform to get Orbs and Talismans will reset when you revisit the levels you collected those items in. While repeating these tasks will NOT earn you additional Talismans or Orbs, you may need to do so in order to access to certain areas of a level.

Manually Saving

1. Press the Start button during game-play.

2. Highlight the words "Save Game" and press the X button.

3. If two memory cards are inserted, select one of them and press the X button.

4. Select "Continue" and press the X button to return to the pause menu. Select "Continue" and press the X button again to return to your game in progress.

Auto Saving

Leave your memory card in place after loading to enable auto saving. If you do, your saved game file will be updated each time you enter or exit a level during game-play. The only way to disable the Auto Save feature is to remove your memory card during game-play. Of course, you would have to re-insert the memory card before manually saving.

Loading

Insert your chosen memory card (or cards) in the PlayStation® and turn the power on. At the title screen, press the Start button to access the memory cards. When the words Slot 1 and Slot 2 appear on screen, highlight the card of your choice and press the X button.
