FaceOff '97

SAVING

1. From the Memory Card screen, select Save Game.

2. Enter your name by pressing left or right to select letters, and pressing X to confirm the name. Once the game is named, press the Circle.

3. Choose memory card slots 1 or 2 to save on.

4. Press the X button if you are sure you want to save.

5. Don’t remove the card while the game is saving.

LOADING

1. From the Memory Card screen, select Load game.

2. The screen will bring up only the Faceoff 97 games.

3. Highlight the game you want to load and press X.

4. Do not take the memory card out when loading.

5. Press the Triangle button to exit to the previous menu.

RECORDS

When you are ready to play the season game, choose the side you wish to play on and press the square to LOGIN your initials. When the season is complete you can view the records. In the Memory card screen, saving your records is the same as a game.

The record screen keeps track of up to 12 performance records (most goals for a team, most goals by a player in one period, etc.). Once a season or playoff is completed, you can boast to your friends about how great you are with the Colorado Avalanche team. Your initials will be saved with the record you make or break on the Memory card screen if you so desire.

DELETE FILES

In the Delete files option, all saved games will list them-selves and show you the remaining blocks available. Select a file to delete and press X. The game will ask you to confirm your choice.
