The following promotion is intended for viewing in the 50 United States and D.C. only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not a legal resident of, and located in, the 50 United States or D.C. at the time of entry.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.  Must be 13 years of age or older.  Void outside the 50 United States and D.C., and where prohibited by law.  Promotion begins on October 22, 2009 through November 22, 2009.  To enter, submit a video of yourself, an essay or slide show that shows us why you deserve to be declared the Gran Turismo® Ultimate Fan.  The video must be 10MB or smaller and less than 2 minutes long, slide show must be 10MB or smaller and essay must be less than 2 pages in length.  E-mail the video, your essay or slide show (hereinafter “Video Submission”) as an attachment with your full name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address to: PlayStation_Community_Support@playstation.Sony.com. All entries must be received no later than November 22, 2009 11:59 PST.  One entry per person. All Video Submissions must have never been published or professionally developed.  Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.  All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned.  In the event fewer entries are received than the number of prizes to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to take action as it reasonably deems necessary under the circumstances.  Entrants waive any claims against Sponsor, and its affiliates concerning Entrant’s rights in the Video Submission submitted under this Agreement.  Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate including, but not limited to, foul language, gratuitous depiction of violence or sexual behavior, positive depictions of alcohol or tobacco or any other illegal activity.  The Video Submission must be the original, unpublished and sole work of the entrant.  Entry cannot defame or invade the rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any third party personal or proprietary rights.  Any entrant whose work includes likeness of third parties or contains elements not owned by the entrant, (such as, but not limited to depictions of buildings, trademarks or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including Sponsor’s use of such entry, in a form satisfactory to judges.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Entries not satisfying these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified.


2. Judging Criteria: All entries received will be judged by a panel of  judges composed of video game industry professionals.  Judging of the entries will begin after November 22, 2009, with a final decision to be made on or about December 4, 2009. The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.  Judging Criteria will be based on the following elements demonstrated in your video: 60% showing you are an ultimate Gran Turismo fan, 20% showing you are an ultimate car or race fan and 20% creativity.


3. WINNER SELECTION/PRIZE(S):  Ten (10) winners will be selected.  One (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Second Prize, one (1) Third Prize and 7 runner-up prizes will be awarded. 
   One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a GT PSP Entertainment Pack bundle, One (1) Custom painted helmet, one (1) custom embroidered racing suit, a pair of custom embroidered racing gloves and one (1) Gran Turismo Poster autographed by Rhys Millen and Tanner Foust.   (Approximate retail value: $2460.00). 
   
   • One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive One (1) Custom painted helmet, one (1) custom embroidered racing suit, a pair of racing gloves and one (1) Gran Turismo Poster autographed by Rhys Millen and Tanner Foust.   (Approximate retail value: $2360.00).     
   • One (1) Third Prize winner will receive a GT PSP Entertainment Pack bundle and one (1) Gran Turismo Poster autographed by Rhys Millen and Tanner Foust. (Approximate retail value: $210.00).
   • Seven (7) runner up winners will receive a Gran Turismo Poster autographed by Rhys Millen and Tanner Foust. (Approximate retail value: $10.00).

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if prize is unavailable.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions allowed.  Winners shall be notified by email and/or telephone.  Once notified, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.

4. Eligibility: Contest open to legal residents of United States only who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees of Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, agencies and affiliates and each of their related companies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.  Void outside the 50 United States and D.C., and where prohibited by law.  


5. General: Grand Prize, First and Second prize Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of receipt.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.  If winner is a minor, then the Affidavit must be signed by winner’s parent or legal guardian and returned within the stated time period or prize may be forfeited.  Additionally, as a condition to receiving the prize, the winner (or in the case of a minor, the minor’s parent or legal guardian) shall be required to execute an assignment transferring and assigning all of his or her rights, title and interest, including but not limited to any copyrights or trademarks, in the Video Submission submitted as an entry to Sponsor.  Sponsor is under no obligation to use the winning submission in any media.  Winners agree to the use of their name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Additionally, winner agrees to release Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, agencies, divisions, and affiliates from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.  Neither Sponsor nor their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, divisions nor related companies are responsible for any damages, or expenses that winners might incur as a result of this contest or receipt of prize.   All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.


6. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds depends upon number of valid entries received.


7. Winners List:  To obtain a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Gran Turismo Ultimate Fan Giveaway Winners’ List.  919 E. Hillsdale Blvd Foster City, CA 94404. Winners’ list requests will be fulfilled within four weeks after all prizes have been awarded. Requests for winners’ list must be received by December 31, 2009.
