Game is AWESOME

by sscoolChea Jul 1, 2009, 10:42 PM PDT

The entire setup of this game is Great . But lack of songs selection is really killing this game . Every artist that comes out with a song these days have videos . You mean to tell me the music giant that is SONY can't put these videos/songs together and sell them in packs or indiv . God help us if your in north america because we really get screw over here . So 3 stars ..missing 2 stars not enough song selection .

Can't Sing but Also Can't Stop Playing

by SmootheCriminal1 Jun 21, 2009, 5:38 PM PDT

Ever since i first saw 80s i fell in love with this game. Im actually becoming a better singer playing this game. I was a little frustrated at first that none of my notes of Neyo's "So SIck" were right when i clearly knew some were however over time i started hitting alot of them. WHy I dont give singstar five stars is because It does not have the best selection of songs (at least for the USA Content) WHere are the Greats Like Michael Jackson or Stevie Wonder? Songs like "At last" or even "The Star Spangled Banner". Even I would like to be able to purchase Queen songs ecspecially "Dont Stop Me Now" If there became a wider Rnage of music and more of The American Greats, it would truly be appreciated. Even if there arent music videos for them some people can make some or find some type of performance to use. Singstar is a great game and i recommend it to whoever inspires to have fun every single time they play this game.

4-5 stars

by KvinDiesel Jun 10, 2009, 6:45 AM PDT

SingStar is a good Karaoke Videogame. The note location makes it easier to follow than games like KR and RB. With the Game Update i was able to use my entire SingStar PS2 collection so i have 337 total playable songs....you guessed it...downloaded more songs!. On thing that I would love to have are some songs from the UK like Sandi Thom and Amy MacDonald.....i think that any song available to DL in other countries should be available in all countries. Fun game for all and for parties.....in fact...i am throwing a SingStar Party today!! Sing Duets, Battle, get 2 teams of 4 and pass the mic!! Record your own videos, songs, and laugh at your "Golden Moments"!! (little clips of you singing the golden notes)

songs appear on site but not on games, denies USA exists

by imturtle Jun 2, 2009, 2:40 PM PDT

There's several songs that appear on the SingStore online but not one within the PS3 singstore, like Depeche Mode has several songs on the website but are not on listed at all on the PS3 singstore for download. HIM has 5 sings on the website, but only one on the PS3. I feel like I've been deceived.

Also I'm quite amused that they don't list the USA as a country option on their website! Even when you go to register, you can not choose the USA as the country you're from. No America, no North America. Canada's also not listed, but countries like "Magyarorszag" are available. That's rather insulting.

Need More!!!!

by wedguy79 May 22, 2009, 8:26 PM PDT

This game is good the only thing that is missing is good song. They should make all the song from pass singstar available to download. That way people who dont have the ps2 games can download them on the ps3. How do you I see song on the singstar store but I cant download them, or when I see others videos and they have song I dont and I cant even download them. Like today I saw someone's video on singstar online and it was someone jaming to a Kings Of Leon song. I wanted to download but its not even in the store. That suck I dont think its right that only some people have that song . If they are going to put it on thier make it avilable to everyone. Thats the only problem I have with this game. Put more song and past song from past singstar games. This could be the best game if they do these things. I would rate this game higher put in till then i give it 3 1/2 starts.
