PSP FILE TRANSFER APPLICATION USER AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND INDICATE WHETHER OR NOT YOU AGREE TO ITS TERMS BY CLICKING THE "ACCEPT" OR "DECLINE" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS SCREEN.  IF YOU CLICK THE "DECLINE" BUTTON YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION.

This Agreement can be accepted only by an adult 18 years or older. By clicking the "ACCEPT" button, you affirm that you are an adult 18 years or older and you are accepting this Agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of anyone that you allow to use your account, including, if applicable, your minor child or children.

Sony Computer Entertainment America (“SCEA”) grants you a non-exclusive right to use this Software Application (“Application”) for use on your PC to transfer files to your PSP (PlayStation Portable) entertainment system.  All intellectual property rights in the content available on this site belong to SCEA or its licensors and use of this contract shall be subject to all copyright laws.  This application may only be used to transfer files for your personal use via your PSP system.  You may not (i) rent, lease or sublicense the Application, (ii) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application,  (iii) attempt to create the source code from the object code for the Application, or (iv) download game content for any purpose other than game play. You may, however, transfer all your rights to use the Application to another person provided that you transfer the original product unmodified, in its entirety. The terms of this User Agreement shall apply to transferred Applications.

You must follow the directions that appear on the site about how to download this Application.  After this Application is downloaded to your PC and the requested files are transferred to your PSP system, the Application will automatically delete itself from your PC.  However, it is possible to manually save the Application so it will not be deleted. SCEA may retrieve information about a user’s hardware to identify the correct directories for deposit of the download. 

No warranty is given about the quality, functionality, availability or performance of the content or this site.  SCEA reserves the right to modify or withdraw the content at any time.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCEA excludes all liability for any loss of data, damage caused to your software or hardware, and any other loss or damage suffered by you or any third party, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential and however arising, as a result of downloading content to your PSP system.

"PlayStation" and the "PS" Family logo are registered trademarks and "PSP" is a trademark of Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.  All games featured are trademarked and copyrighted properties of their respective publishers and/or licensors.

SCEA at its sole discretion may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

The sole authorized use of this material is for personal, noncommercial use as a screensaver, desktop wallpaper, materials to create a fan site or demo.  Distribution, copying, resale, or any other use is prohibited.  These materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.  SCEA, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, disclaim any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, and of fitness for a particular purpose.  Except to the extent prohibited by applicable laws, SCEA, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages including special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or fees or loss arising out of the use or the inability to use these materials.
